Fiance' Visa

An American citizen has the opportunity to bring his/her fiancé to the United States to get married in the U.S. The U.S. citizen and his/her fiancé both should be single and their previous marriage should have ended before applying for fiancé visa. Upon the arrival of the fiancé to the U.S., the U.S. citizen and the fiancé have 90 days to get married. If they do not get married within 90 days, the fiancé must leave the country. There is no extension for the fiancé to stay more than 90 days as a fiancé; and once the fiancé leaves the country, he/she may not be allowed to return without a new visa.
