Immigration has causing long delays to adjudicate the application. You
can file writs and appeals in order seek approval of your application.
We file these writs desired in the U.S. District Courts nationwide. If
your case has been delayed for one year or more, we will file a Writ of
Mandamus Complaint with the proper Federal District Court having jurisdiction
over your case. Federal Courts require the USCIS to explain why it has
delayed approval of a case within sixty days of the complaint being filed,
and often these cases are resolved within thirty to sixty days.
